Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and actively sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Approach potential customers, explain product features and benefits, and respond to enquiries.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales and encourage repeat business.
- Provide accurate feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE in any relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.
- Must be confident, presentable, hardworking, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work with sales targets and perform under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the assigned sales area is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to resume promptly.
