Sales Representative
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative based within or around the Alaba International Market to drive the sales of our solar energy solutions. This role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing retail and wholesale clients, and providing technical product guidance to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Actively identify and engage potential customers, including retailers, contractors, and walk-in buyers within the Alaba market and surrounding areas.
- Product Presentation: Clearly explain the benefits and technical specifications of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers to diverse clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing dealers and sub-distributors to ensure consistent repeat business.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by the company.
- Market Feedback: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer demands within Alaba to provide weekly market intelligence reports.
- Payment Oversight: Ensure all sales transactions are documented correctly and that payments are fully reconciled according to company policy.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to facilitate the smooth delivery of products from the warehouse to the customer’s location.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an OND
- Around or Within Alaba Int Mart
