Deliver excellent customer service and maintain regular communication with clients
Address student concerns and provide timely solutions
Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with applicants
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
Track sales pipeline and report performance
Stay updated on university offerings, policies, and visa regulations
