Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad
- Convert leads into successful applications and enrollments
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and social media
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide personalized guidance on course selection, universities, and study destinations.
- Assess students’ academic background and career goals
- Advice on admission requirements and suitable programs
- Support students throughout the application process
- Assist students with application documentation and submissions
- Guide students on visa requirements and processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with university and immigration guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain regular communication with clients
- Address student concerns and provide timely solutions
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with applicants
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Track sales pipeline and report performance
- Stay updated on university offerings, policies, and visa regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
