- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
