Sales & Partnership Executive
Job summary
The Sales & Partnerships Executive is responsible for actively generating leads, driving sales, and supporting deal closure across all business units. This role focuses on execution — outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions, ensuring a constant flow of clients and revenue into the business. This is a field and office-based role.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Actively source new clients through: Cold outreach (calls, emails, DMs), Networking and referrals, On-ground visits (corporates, schools, communities)
- Build and maintain a daily active pipeline
Sales Conversion:
- Follow up on all enquiries and leads
- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Support proposal development and presentations
Partnerships Support:
- Identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities
- Assist in securing: Vendor partnerships, Event sponsors, Corporate collaborations
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients
- Ensure a smooth and professional client experience
- Support retention and repeat business
Revenue Contribution:
- Contribute directly to monthly sales targets
- Support the Sales & Partnerships Lead in closing deals
- Upsell and cross-sell across all offerings
Market Intelligence:
- Gather insights on: Competitors, Pricing trends, Customer preferences
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategy
Reporting & Accountability:
- Track and report: Daily outreach activities, Leads generated, Conversions, Revenue contribution
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in approaching new clients
- High energy and persistence
- Ability to handle rejection and keep moving
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Organized and disciplined
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly
Benefit: Commission of 2% capped at 2M
Mode of Work: Hybrid (Lagos Island)
