ABOUT FLINX REALTY
Flinx Realty is a Lagos-based residential real estate company selling investment properties in the ₦50M–₦150M range with a built-in property management and rental income service. Our mission is to grow the company to 100 billion naira a year in sales. We're growing fast, and we need the right people in the right seats to do it.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to take full ownership of how our sales department runs. Not a coordinator. Not an assistant. Someone who walks in, understands what's broken, builds what's missing, and makes the team significantly better — fast.
This role was created because our sales team is growing and our founder shouldn't be the only person who can train, track, and hold people accountable. That's where you come in.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Pipeline management — keep the CRM clean, current, and accurate at all times
- Performance tracking — pull the numbers weekly, surface red flags early, report to leadership
- Team training — run onboarding for new reps and ongoing skill sessions for the team
- SOPs and playbooks — document how we sell, train, and hold people accountable
- Accountability systems — make sure targets are set, tracked, and enforced
- Rep support — work directly with individual reps to identify and close their performance gaps
- Process improvement — find what's slowing us down and fix it
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who has worked inside a sales team and understands how they actually operate
- A systems thinker — you don't just solve problems, you build things that prevent them
- Comfortable with data — you know what a pipeline should look like and what the numbers are telling you
- A trainer and coach — you can break down what good looks like and teach it
- High standards — you hold the line, even when it's uncomfortable
- Execution-first — you figure things out, you move fast, you don't wait to be told
