Job summary
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Operations Lead to drive revenue growth and sales execution for a fast-growing real estate firm. The role focuses on sales, marketing, and deal closure, ensuring structured execution and support. Ideal candidate is a proven closer with strong real estate sales experience.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Drive property sales across land, residential, and commercial assets
- Actively generate, pursue, and close high-value deals
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Convert leads from digital, referral, and field channels into paying clients
- Support execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Identify and develop new lead generation channels
- Work with digital and field teams to improve conversion rates
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Supervise and coordinate sales executives and field agents
- Set daily/weekly sales targets and track performance
- Ensure consistent follow-up on all leads and opportunities
- Drive accountability across the sales team
- Implement simple structures for tracking leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Improve sales reporting and pipeline visibility
- Support the development of sales SOPs and client engagement processes
- Engage directly with high-value clients and investors
- Build strong relationships with prospects and repeat buyers
- Ensure excellent client experience from enquiry to closure
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Provide insights to improve pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
- Identify new sales opportunities and growth areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or business development
- Strong track record of closing property sales (land or housing)
- Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
