Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Drive property sales across land, residential, and commercial assets
  • Actively generate, pursue, and close high-value deals
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Convert leads from digital, referral, and field channels into paying clients

Marketing & Lead Generation:
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Identify and develop new lead generation channels
  • Work with digital and field teams to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects


Sales Team Coordination & Execution:
  • Supervise and coordinate sales executives and field agents
  • Set daily/weekly sales targets and track performance
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on all leads and opportunities
  • Drive accountability across the sales team


Sales Systems & Process Support:
  • Implement simple structures for tracking leads, follow-ups, and closures
  • Improve sales reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Support the development of sales SOPs and client engagement processes

Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage directly with high-value clients and investors
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and repeat buyers
  • Ensure excellent client experience from enquiry to closure

Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Provide insights to improve pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
  • Identify new sales opportunities and growth areas


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or business development
  • Strong track record of closing property sales (land or housing)
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and closing ability
  • Lead generation and conversion expertise
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Team coordination and accountability
  • Commercial awareness and market intelligence
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Revenue-focused and target-driven
  • High energy and execution-oriented
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-volume land sales or estate marketing
  • Existing network within the Lagos real estate ecosystem
  • Experience managing or coordinating sales teams


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 monthly
  • Performance-based incentives tied to sales results
