Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and digital outreach
- Present and demonstrate renewable energy products and solutions to prospective customers
- Convert leads to sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports and activity logs
- Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience (field or B2C/B2B)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in the field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
