Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels, including direct sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and market demands.
- Coordinate with the finance and logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Head.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
