The Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth for the agency's travel, visa, study abroad, work permit, relocation, and tour packages. Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients daily
- Generate leads through social media, referrals, events, schools, churches, and corporate organizations
- Follow up on inquiries promptly
- Promote study, visit, business, work visa, and tour packages
- Conduct consultations and needs assessments
- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Upsell additional services where applicable
- Maintain regular communication with prospects
- Provide accurate information on packages and requirements
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
- Promote company offers on social media
- Participate in campaigns and events
- Encourage referrals and repeat business
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
