Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and contact prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Sales Presentations: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions to persuade potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize sales and meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling.
- Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline progress, and competitor activity using CRM software.
- Assist in delivery and waybill processes.
Requirements:
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to speak English and any other Nigerian local languages, Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa fluently.
- The ability to speak French will be an added advantage.
- Fast learner.
