Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and acquire new B2B and B2C clients.
- Identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales proposals and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, merchants, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and business engagements.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare sales reports, and support go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in fintech, banking, financial services, or remittance.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close high-value deals.
- Target-driven with excellent relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
