Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Sourcing: Acquire high-growth SMEs, trade businesses, and corporate organizations requiring structured credit facilities.
- Credit Evaluation: Conduct first-level financial appraisals by analyzing corporate bank statements, cash flows, auditing records, and business collateral values.
- Deal Structuring: Work with risk teams to build flexible repayment terms, facility structures, and risk-mitigating loan covenants.
- Account Retention: Manage premium commercial relationships to cross-sell business accounts, collections platforms, and treasury services.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and track the daily pipeline performance of business development officers within the unit.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, structured SME lending, or asset finance.
- Competencies: Strong financial statement analysis, contract negotiation, and deep knowledge of the local SME commercial market.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly loan disbursement value, net interest margin contribution, loan portfolio retention rate, and portfolio Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio under 4%.
