Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and engage both physical (on-ground) and online merchants
Visit business locations to introduce and pitch the company where necessary
Contact and follow up on leads generated from campaigns and outreach
Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and convert merchants into paying subscribers
Handle objections and guide merchants through the decision-making process
Maintain consistent daily outreach (calls, messages, in-person visits, demos)
Track and manage leads across the sales pipeline
Support merchant onboarding and ensure a smooth setup experience
Drive early product usage by encouraging first transactions within 24–48 hours
Gather merchant feedback and share insights during weekly team syncs
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and onboarding processes
Take full ownership of sales targets and overall performance
Maintain strong daily activity levels (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
Communicate confidently and professionally with merchants
Be highly results-driven, with a focus on conversions
Stay organized and maintain accurate records of leads and progress
Adapt quickly based on feedback and evolving strategies
Proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions
Attend and actively participate in all required meetings
Consistently follow up with leads until a clear outcome is achieved
