Job summary
Our client is looking for a vibrant Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution coverage, and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and market share.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts within assigned territories.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across traditional and modern trade channels.
- Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and stock rotation at the point of sale.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide timely feedback to management.
- Execute trade marketing activities such as in-store promotions, sampling, activations, and merchandising.
- Support the rollout of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all sales outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Support credit management and ensure timely collections where applicable
- Prepare regular sales reports, territory performance updates, and market intelligence insights.
- Track sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within FMCG, preferably food & beverage or frozen products.
- Experience managing distributors and field sales operations is an advantage.
- Strong sales negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good understanding of the Nigerian FMCG market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a field-based role
