Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Ikeja for a Sales Marketing Officer at Perabeam Limited. The role includes conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, engaging in social media marketing campaigns, and providing effective communication to promote sales and customer engagement. The Sales Marketing Officer will also focus on achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Strong skills in Marketing strategies and implementation, including creating promotional campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and customer interactions.
• Experience or expertise in Social Media Marketing for driving engagement and brand visibility.
• Proven Sales expertise with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting, with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in air conditioning, building services, or similar industries is an advantage.
