Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the firm.
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, networking events, digital platforms, and corporate visits.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
- Negotiate and close business deals, including retainership agreements.
- Develop strategic partnerships that generate business opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Sales Operations
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Track prospects from lead generation through conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Promote the firm's legal services across various channels.
- Assist in planning seminars, workshops, webinars, and legal awareness programs.
- Support social media engagement and digital marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends and identify industries requiring legal services.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities for market penetration.
- Gather market intelligence to support business development efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients.
- Support client onboarding processes.
- Collect client feedback and support retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
