Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Warri for a Sales Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a team, and overseeing customer relationship management. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing promotional campaigns. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Business Development
• Proven skills in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Promotional Campaigns
• Strong leadership and Team Management abilities
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to interpret sales metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a significant advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role within a fast-paced environment
