Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves overseeing sales and marketing operations, creating strategies to increase market reach and client acquisition, and analyzing market trends to develop data-driven campaigns. The Sales Marketing Manager will also manage the sales team to achieve targets, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and identify opportunities for business growth. The position requires active collaboration, team leadership, and a results-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Market Analysis, and Marketing Strategy formulating
- Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively with excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and relevant platforms
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term partnerships
