Sales and Marketing Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales of our luxury real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of off-plan and completed real estate developments
- Source and convert leads through strategic marketing and networking
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNIs, and corporate clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategy
- Manage client inquiries and ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales/marketing or a similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Solid understanding of the Lagos real estate market (especially Lekki axis)
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Existing client network is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media sales is a plus
