Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients through online and offline channels
- Actively market real estate products to individuals, cooperatives, and corporate clients
- Conduct site inspections, property presentations, and client meetings
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on prospects
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Marketing:
- Support content creation for ads, flyers, reels, and promotional materials
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing activations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the design and media team to improve brand visibility
Client & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
