Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients through online and offline channels
  • Actively market real estate products to individuals, cooperatives, and corporate clients
  • Conduct site inspections, property presentations, and client meetings
  • Negotiate prices, payment plans, and close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on prospects
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Marketing:

  • Support content creation for ads, flyers, reels, and promotional materials
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing activations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the design and media team to improve brand visibility


Client & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience
  • Minimum of OND
