The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company's products and services. Responsibilities:
Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-up meetings.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and business proposals.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.

Marketing:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media and digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate promotional events and exhibitions.
  • Develop marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Build brand awareness.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain customer records and sales pipelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Update CRM/customer databases.
  • Ensure proper sales documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 2–5 years of relevant
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, business development, CRM, presentation, Microsoft Office,
  • Digital marketing, analytical, and organizational skills.


Key Performance Indicators:
  • Sales target achievement, new clients acquired, revenue generated, customer retention, qualified
  • leads, conversion rate, client satisfaction, marketing effectiveness, brand growth.
  • Personal Attributes: Results-driven, professional, accountable, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000

Work Mode: Hybrid
