Job Summary

DoctorOnTap is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive patient referrals and international treatment bookings with our partner hospitals in Turkey, UAE, India, and Egypt. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for healthcare and experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.

Job Description/Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Source and convert qualified patient leads for international treatment.
  • Build referral relationships with doctors, diagnostic centres, and hospital administrators.
  • Engage directly with patients and families to explain treatment options, processes, and costs.
  • Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for key procedures (orthopaedics, fertility, cardiac, cosmetic, dental, oncology and more).
  • Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries through to conversion.
  • Work closely with our clinical and concierge teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and report weekly results.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales or marketing (healthcare, insurance, travel, or related).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or international health tourism is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Confident presenting health and travel solutions to individuals and corporates.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, travel documentation, or medical tourism is an advantage.
  • Proficient in digital marketing or lead tracking tools (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Self-driven, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in market planning and strategy development
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in marketing, including creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
