DoctorOnTap is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive patient referrals and international treatment bookings with our partner hospitals in Turkey, UAE, India, and Egypt. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for healthcare and experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and convert qualified patient leads for international treatment.
- Build referral relationships with doctors, diagnostic centres, and hospital administrators.
- Engage directly with patients and families to explain treatment options, processes, and costs.
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for key procedures (orthopaedics, fertility, cardiac, cosmetic, dental, oncology and more).
- Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries through to conversion.
- Work closely with our clinical and concierge teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and report weekly results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales or marketing (healthcare, insurance, travel, or related).
- Experience in the healthcare industry or international health tourism is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Confident presenting health and travel solutions to individuals and corporates.
- Knowledge of healthcare services, travel documentation, or medical tourism is an advantage.
- Proficient in digital marketing or lead tracking tools (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Self-driven, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience in market planning and strategy development
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis
- Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
- Experience in marketing, including creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
