Job summary
This role is for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and distribution channels, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve agreed revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Manage distributor, wholesaler, and key account relationships to ensure optimal market coverage and product availability.
- Identify and develop new markets, channels, and business opportunities to support business growth.
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to executive management.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to align sales forecasts with supply and inventory plans.
- Oversee pricing, trade terms, promotions, and route-to-market execution in line with company policies.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, processes, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
