Sales & Marketing Executive
Job summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer retention, and market visibility. The role will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract individual and corporate customers, promote the garage's automotive services, build strategic partnerships & generate lead.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the garage's revenue and customer acquisition targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive and related sectors
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, digital channels, partnerships, and other appropriate channels
- Identify potential individual, corporate, fleet, insurance, government, and institutional customers
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up on prospects
- Develop relationships with corporate organizations, fleet operators, logistics companies, ride-hailing companies, dealerships, insurance companies, and other potential partners
- Develop and present corporate servicing and maintenance proposals
- Explore opportunities for recurring maintenance contracts
- Develop initiatives to attract new customers to Aydens Garage
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers
- Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives
- Follow up with customers after servicing or repairs to assess satisfaction and encourage repeat patronage
- Maintain a database of existing and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant automotive services
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the garage's business objectives
- Promote Aydens Garage's services, expertise, facilities, and value proposition
- Develop campaigns around vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, fleet management, and other relevant services
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviour
- Identify and establish relationships with complementary businesses and service providers
- Explore partnerships with automobile dealerships, insurance companies, car rental companies, fleet operators, corporate organizations, and automotive suppliers
- Develop referral and partnership programmes that generate qualified customers
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
- Track revenue generated through partnerships and referral channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
