Role Description
This is a hybrid role based at CDLP HUB LTD — Ibadan. The Sales & Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing strategies, run market research, and drive sales across our products/services, coworking, training, and events offerings. You will work closely with operations and customer relations teams to generate leads, convert prospects, manage proposals, and promote CDLP’s programs and space to target audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of hitting targets and closing deals, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and virtual/in-person demos.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing (B2B or B2C).
- Basic digital marketing knowledge: email nurture, social ads, and analytics.
- Strong commercial writing: proposals, quotes, and negotiation communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
