We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to help us grow our customer base, build relationships, and promote our services to SMEs, e-commerce vendors, and individual customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers, including SMEs, online vendors, and individuals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & online) to promote TMI’s services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
- Develop partnerships with small businesses, vendors, and trade associations.
- Carry out field marketing: visit businesses, distribute flyers, and engage customers directly.
- Collect and report customer feedback to support service improvement.
- Track marketing activities and provide weekly reports on leads and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing (logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Lagos routes and business clusters is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive.
