Job summary
We are looking for smart and persuasive Sales Professionals who know how to open doors. If you’re the type of person who can start a conversation with a stranger and leave with a signed contract or a solid lead, you’re exactly who we need.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Finding and reaching out to potential corporate and individual clients within Abuja.
- Closing Deals: Moving prospects from "I'll think about it" to "Where do I pay?"
- Relationship Management: Keeping our existing clients happy so they keep coming back (and refer their friends).
- Market Intelligence: Keeping an ear to the ground. What are competitors doing? What do Abuja customers actually want right now?
- Presentations: Representing Tasha Energy at meetings and pitches with confidence and clarity.
Requirements:
- Abuja-Based: This is non-negotiable. You must live in Abuja and know your way around the city. We need someone who can get to a meeting in Garki, Wuse, or Maitama without getting lost or overwhelmed.
- A Talker & a Doer: You have "the gift of gab," but you back it up with results.
- Resilient: You don’t get discouraged by a slow week. You keep pushing until the targets are met.
- Professional: You dress the part and speak with authority. You’ll be representing the brand to high-value clients.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales (especially in energy, real estate, or high-ticket services) is a big plus.
