Job summary
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in medium- and heavy-duty truck sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market, identifying customers, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the market for medium and heavy-duty trucks.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct customer visits, market development activities, and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Provide customers with relevant product information and assist them in selecting suitable truck models.
- Coordinate customer reception and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
- Follow work arrangements and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Open to all genders.
- Candidates should be under 38 years of age.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medium and heavy-duty truck sales.
- Candidates with SINOTRUK or SHACMAN sales experience are preferred.
- Must have a personal vehicle for market development and customer visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to take on sales challenges.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
Benefits:
- The basic salary includes transportation and phone allowances.
- Performance Commission: NGN150,000 – 700,000 per vehicle sold, depending on the truck model.
- High-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to earn over NGN10 million annually.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 500,000
