Sako Solar Power is recruiting to fill the position of: Solar Sales Manager/ Sales representative
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- You shall be responsible for the management and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team.
- Will be responsible for striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverters and also liaising with companies for business deals.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
- Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up to ensure the implementation of the contract.
- Sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.
- Identify customers, distributors, and companies and facilitate transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure the smooth progress of sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and other professional qualifications.
- Fluent in the English Language – both written and spoken.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional sales experience.
- Executive sales experience in solar power energy. (MANDATORY)
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 -250,000 (Salary negotiable)
