Responsibilities:

- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor pipeline performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in real estate sales.
- At least 2 years managing a sales team.
- Proven record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
