Job descriptions & requirements
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Build a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents. Lead daily huddles, review sales pipelines, and provide coaching on closing deals.
- Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Set actionable sales quotas, analyze market trends, and develop local marketing plans to achieve gross profit goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee high-value property appraisals, assist with complex listing presentations, and resolve escalated client concerns.
- Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure all agency agreements, commission structures, and sales contracts strictly comply with regional real estate regulations and ethics laws.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, property appraisals, and total sales volume to evaluate individual and team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
