Struttura Concetti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead business development efforts while ensuring seamless operational execution within our Abuja office.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (residential, commercial, and corporate clients).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Convert leads into profitable projects and manage the full sales pipeline.


Client & Project Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to project completion.
  • Collaborate with designers and technical teams to translate client needs into design solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.


Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office and project operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control.


Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the design and support teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.


Market & Industry Insight:

  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and innovations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Provide insights to improve service offerings and positioning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or operations within an interior design or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and project lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
