Job summary
Struttura Concetti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead business development efforts while ensuring seamless operational execution within our Abuja office.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (residential, commercial, and corporate clients).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Convert leads into profitable projects and manage the full sales pipeline.
Client & Project Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to project completion.
- Collaborate with designers and technical teams to translate client needs into design solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office and project operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the design and support teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
Market & Industry Insight:
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and innovations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Provide insights to improve service offerings and positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or operations within an interior design or related industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and project lifecycle.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
