Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Translate approved sales targets into clear daily and weekly activity plans for the sales team
- Supervise, coordinate, and support Sales Officers and Sales Associates in achieving their assigned targets
- Monitor leads, prospects, property viewings, proposals, negotiations, reservations, and closed sales
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on prospects and actively manage stalled opportunities
- Ensure you meet personal monthly sales targets
- Open to candidates nationwide. Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to Abuja and work on-site.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
