Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abuja. The Sales Manager attract and engage clients, manage relationships, and ensure a seamless sales process. The role involves meeting sales targets and analyzing market trends to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven 3 years experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Strong background in Strategy Development, Revenue Target Achievement, and Team Leadership
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Engagement skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
