We are hiring a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue through a team of closers. Your job is not just to sell — it is to build, manage, and enforce a high-performing sales team that consistently hits and exceeds targets.

Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership:
- Manage and oversee Sales & Client Acquisition Specialists
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Enforce discipline, accountability, and performance standards\
Revenue Generation:
- Drive team revenue performance to meet company targets
- Personally close high-value deals when necessary
- Improve conversion rates across the sales funnel
Pipeline Management:
- Monitor team pipelines and deal flow
- Identify bottlenecks and fix conversion gaps
- Ensure consistent lead follow-up and deal progression
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and refine sales strategies and scripts
- Train team members on closing techniques and objection handling
- Optimize pricing, offers, and positioning
Daily Expectations:
- Review team pipeline and performance dashboards
- Conduct sales meetings and performance check-ins
- Monitor calls, proposals, and closing activities
- Step into deals where necessary to close
- Track daily revenue progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of managing and closing
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Highly disciplined and target-driven
- Strong closers ready to lead a team
- Sales professionals who understand both execution and management
- Individuals comfortable with strict performance accountability
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Team monthly revenue target (primary KPI)
- Individual revenue target
- Team conversion rates
- Number of deals closed
- Pipeline value and activity levels
Compensation Structure (Strict Performance Model):
- Remuneration: NGN 350,000/month
- Performance Condition: 100% salary paid at ≥60% of total target (individual + team), Below 60%, salary is prorated accordingly, 0% performance = ₦0 salary
- Targets: Individual revenue target (direct closing), Team revenue target (overall performance)
- Commission: 3% – 5% on personal deals closed, 2% override on team revenue when the team meets targets
