Sales Manager
Job summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the brand’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a strong sales leader who can manage people, build and maintain key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure consistent performance across various channels.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, manage, and supervise sales representatives, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee sales operations across physical retail stores, wholesale distribution, and online platforms
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate buyers, and partners
- Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand representation across all sales touchpoints
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience, with at least some experience managing sales representatives
- Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail sales is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
