Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Treasury Sales Officers to meet and exceed established sales and revenue targets.
- Drive treasury product sales while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective liquidity and cash management, including deposit mobilisation initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and performance reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver integrated and efficient financial solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree (B.Sc.) with Second Class Lower or HND with Upper Credit; OR University degree (B.Sc.) with Third Class or HND with Lower Credit, plus a Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 10–12 years’ experience in treasury sales, banking, investment, or the mortgage industry.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in treasury operations, financial markets, and money market instruments.
- Demonstrated leadership, business development, and client relationship management capabilities.
- Strong experience in deposit mobilisation, particularly with corporate, commercial, or institutional clients.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions under pressure.
