Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Treasury Sales Team Lead for our client in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive treasury product sales, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Treasury Sales Officers to meet and exceed established sales and revenue targets.
  • Drive treasury product sales while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective liquidity and cash management, including deposit mobilisation initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and performance reports to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver integrated and efficient financial solutions.


Requirements:

  • University degree (B.Sc.) with Second Class Lower or HND with Upper Credit; OR University degree (B.Sc.) with Third Class or HND with Lower Credit, plus a Master’s degree.
  • Minimum of 10–12 years’ experience in treasury sales, banking, investment, or the mortgage industry.
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in treasury operations, financial markets, and money market instruments.
  • Demonstrated leadership, business development, and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Strong experience in deposit mobilisation, particularly with corporate, commercial, or institutional clients.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions under pressure.
