<p>We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive online revenue growth by building structured sales funnels, optimizing digital visibility, managing performance marketing, and leading our online sales operations</p>

Responsibilities:
Digital Revenue Growth:
- Drive the achievement of the online sales revenue targets
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
Sales Funnel & Conversion Optimization:
- Design, manage, and optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase, driving revenue through high-converting, targeted marketing funnels
- Funnel Strategy & Design: Develop end-to-end sales funnels (lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences)
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement email marketing campaigns and automation to move leads through the funnel.
Performance Marketing & Ads:
- Drive measurable, ROI-focused results by planning and optimizing paid digital campaigns
- Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Budgeting: Allocate and manage marketing spend to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
Online Visibility & SEO Management:
- Optimizing So Fresh websites to rank higher on search engines, boosting brand credibility, and driving organic traffic
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO content strategies, including keyword research, content mapping, and competitive analysis.
Third-Party Delivery Platform Management:
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms
- Manage So Fresh accounts on 3rd party delivery platforms
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on 3rd party delivery platforms
- Drive sales, promotion, and marketing activities on 3rd party delivery platforms.
Customer Engagement, Sales & Retention:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Ensure exceptional online customer experiences to drive retention and loyalty.
Team & Process Management:
- Recruit and train the online sales team to ensure their effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Lead and manage the online sales department to exceed targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, traffic, and customer data
- Present sales reports to upper management and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in online sales management, e-commerce, or in a digital marketing role
- Experience in QSR online sales management is desirable
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Experience with performance marketing, including paid advertising and retargeting strategies
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong financial acumen for managing e-commerce budgets and sales forecasts
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
