Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar product sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the solar industry.

  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimise performance.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven record of increased revenue turnover in the past 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of solar products and technology
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Certification in sales or a related field is an advantage
