Role Description
This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for driving revenue, building the initial sales team, and defining the sales process for AI-powered media performance tracking and monitoring solutions for billboard advertising, whether static or digital (OOH/DOOH).
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy & Growth: Define and execute the sales strategy, including setting targets, identifying target markets, and crafting the Go-to-Market (GTM) approach.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting.
- Active Selling: In the early stages, the manager is often a player-coach, closing high-value deals while managing the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on product feedback, messaging, and customer retention.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM hygiene and report on key KPIs to leadership.
Required Skills and Experience: 4–5+ years of experience in sales within the OOH advertising and media monitoring industry with a proven track record of success at managerial level.
