Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's property sales and revenue objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the Property Sales Advisors.
• Set sales targets, assign leads, and establish clear sales priorities for the team.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, prospecting activities, client follow-ups and transaction progress.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Support the sales team in client meetings, property presentations, negotiations and closing transactions.
• Ensure that Property Sales Advisors maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and client records in the company's CRM or designated tracking system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property demand, and pricing to identify sales opportunities.
• Work with the Digital Marketing/Growth Manager and Creative/Content Strategist to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with Client Services and Accounts to ensure smooth transaction documentation, payment follow-up and client handover.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights to management.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to approved pricing, commission structures, client communication standards and company policies.
• Identify sales performance gaps and implement appropriate coaching, guidance and corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience
  
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
