Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop sales plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Expand the company's customer base and strengthen existing client relationships.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise sales representatives.

Budget & Revenue Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Monitor sales expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- A professional sales certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive sales experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role.
- Experience in business development and account management is preferred.
