Swift Consulting an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently seeking qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Sales Manager for one of our clients in the Agro-allied sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Oversee daily sales activities and coordinate with the production team to meet customer demand.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
- Create promotional plans to increase brand visibility and product uptake.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market analysis for management.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide pricing and marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or poultry production.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of the poultry market and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
