Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales performance, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and manage a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching sales agents, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Planning
- Team Leadership and Training skills
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficiency in the use of Sales and CRM Tools
- Goal-oriented with high motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Knowledge of the Port Harcourt region and local market conditions is an advantage
