We are looking for a goal-oriented and proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within our automobile dealership.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily sales activities and team performance  
  • Ensure prompt and consistent follow-up on all customer inquiries, leads, and prospects  
  • Convert leads into sales through effective customer engagement and negotiation  
  • Monitor and enforce follow-up discipline among sales representatives  
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business  
  • Track sales targets, performance metrics, and conversion rates  
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and outcomes  
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and close major deals  


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management (automobile industry preferred)  
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills  
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on results  
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
