The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong sales execution and people management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies to drive revenue
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-value clients
- Manage client relationships from prospecting to project closure
- Oversee pricing, quotations, negotiations, and contract management
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales/business management (interior décor, construction, or luxury retail is an advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management and presentation abilities
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
