Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop sales strategies for core markets, take the lead in channel cooperation and key client development; be fully accountable for annual sales targets and market share growth.
  • Conduct in-depth interpretation of local payment compliance policies and foreign exchange control regulations in Africa; lead the negotiation, implementation and post-launch maintenance of complex cross-border payment solutions.
  • Continuously research regional competitor dynamics and industry pain points (e.g., slow payment collection, multi-currency settlement needs); output market analysis reports and drive strategy iteration.

 

Requirements:

  • College degree or above; at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the payment/fintech industry.
  • Proficient in cross-border payment business processes; familiar with local African payment tools (e.g., M-Pesa, local bank transfers) and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in English (working language); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
