Job summary
We are a fast-growing travel agency specializing in leisure, corporate, and luxury group travel. To expand our market presence, we are looking for a result- driven Sales Manager with hands-on travel industry experience.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet revenue targets for travel products (flights, hotels, packages, tours).
- Build strong relationships with DMCs, Hoteliers, airlines, and other travel partners,
- Analyze market trends, competitor offers, and customer feedback to optimize sales.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience with 2 years or more in Sales Management in the travel industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in travel.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and travel bookings.
- Fluent in (language, e.g., English), additional languages are an advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 -200,000
