Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our boutique operations and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving branch targets through bulk and high-value sales to corporate organizations and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), including top CEOs, Ministers, and captains of industry.

- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets through strategic bulk and high-value sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and HNWIs.
- Drive boutique growth through a combination of corporate and retail sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Set sales goals, monitor KPIs, and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain exceptional brand standards and client experience within the boutique.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury sales, with at least 8 years in a similar leadership role.
- Strong network among corporate executives and high-profile individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to close large-value transactions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
